  HUZAIR OR PATEL whatever your name is guy was too busy talking on his phone at the till whilst tending to customers, guy on shift Wednesday 1st May 19.17 wearing glasses how unprofessional but then had the cheek to double look and refuse my driving license claiming the picture ‘wasn’t me’ maybe if you weren’t on ur phone you’d actually would know it was me so unprofessional and rude will be complaining to head office

  I would give zero stars if that existed. Very rude staff, they rip you off and when you catch them out doing it, they raise their voice. Last year for months they informed me that euro garages no longer provided promotion on Starbuck coffees . So you do not qualify for a 6th free coffee if you buy 5 coffees. The staff refused to allow me to use the machine to enter my mobile number each time I purchased a Starbuck coffee. For months, I assumed that was the case, then I went to the euro garages in Whitefield and they told me that the promotion on starbuck coffees was still continuing and they you are entitled to the 6th coffee even at this place. I told them what the staff were doing at this station and the guy was in shock. He informed me that lot of customers have complained about their rude behaviour, but this was the first he heard about ripping customers off. Same happen again today. Became rude when you point out their mistake and they start to raise their voice in a foreign language, when you mention to them their mistake. Not going back there again.
